Scientist, R&D - Product Dev

Kraft Heinz is seeking an R&D Scientist to support product development for their Away From Home business. This role involves translating business needs into development plans, executing technical aspects, and managing projects from formulation through commercialization in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Support product development for innovation, renovation, and brand maintenance
• Drive product development from formulation through scale-up and start-up
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Serve as R&D point person for manufacturing plants and support operations
• Lead product testing, qualification, and commercialization activities
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
