AI Engineer

Equinix is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents and generative AI solutions in production. This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-powered applications, integrating AI models into enterprise systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM, multimodal AI, and generative AI solutions
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Integrate AI models and agents into enterprise applications and services
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of AI systems through experimentation and analysis
• 5-7 years of software engineering experience with 2-3 years in AI/ML production environments
