Research Scientist: Post-Training

Generalist is seeking a Research Scientist to transform large pretrained robot models into production-ready systems. You will focus on fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and real-world validation to enhance model usefulness, controllability, and performance. This role offers the opportunity to become a full-stack ML roboticist, bridging the gap between advanced AI research and practical robotic applications.

• Train large pretrained robot models for production
