Intern - HIG HBM Product Engineering (Advance Data Analytics)

Join Micron's Heterogeneous Integration Group as an intern to develop advanced analytics solutions for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. You will leverage large-scale manufacturing datasets, applying machine learning and AI techniques to detect process deviations early, enhance product quality, and improve manufacturing outcomes. This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor product engineering and data science, with potential for future full-time employment.

• Develop advanced analytics for early deviation detection in HBM manufacturing
• Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to engineering datasets
• Analyze manufacturing, assembly, and test data for patterns and anomalies
• Create automated data pipelines, monitoring solutions, and interactive dashboards
• Gain experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI in an engineering context
• Utilize Python, SQL, or MATLAB for data analysis and visualization
