Mgr. of Data Science

Lead a team of data scientists to develop innovative data products and actionable insights that drive business improvements and enhance customer experience. You will manage team workflow, mentor talent, and foster collaboration across the organization to mature data science capabilities and deliver significant business value.

• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 data scientists
• Design and develop data products using R, Python, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau
• Partner with stakeholders to derive actionable insights and improve business decision-making
• Improve data integrity and identify operational process enhancements
• Foster cross-functional sharing of analytical frameworks and insights
• Drive business value through successful delivery of analytics products
