Senior AI/ML Engineer

Vanguard is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, prototype, and implement agentic systems for IT automation and resilience using LLMs and agent frameworks. You will develop multi-agent workflows, build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and contribute to robust, scalable agentic architectures.

• Design and implement agentic systems using LLMs
• Develop multi-agent workflows and coordination
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Contribute to agentic architectures and infrastructure
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists
• 5-8 years of AI/ML engineering experience with Python and ML frameworks
