HUB International is seeking an AI Engineer to join our RPA & Automation team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI applications using the Claude AI platform. This hands-on role involves creating reusable skills and plug-ins, composing them into governed applications, and managing the AI asset platform to deliver measurable business value.
What we are looking for 6
- Build and ship production-grade AI applications and LLM-backed features
- Develop reusable AI skills, plug-ins, and compose them into governed applications
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-step workflows
- Own and govern the AI asset platform, including the skill and plug-in marketplace
- Set and enforce enterprise standards and governance for AI assets
- 5+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years in LLM application development
