Machine Learning Research Engineer

FL105 is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to develop and apply AI methods for psychological wellbeing tools. This role involves innovating with LLMs, reinforcement learning, and computational sciences in a dynamic, early-stage environment backed by Flagship Pioneering.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML-powered applications using LLMs
• Innovate in context engineering, agentic AI, and learning from human feedback
• Build scalable pipelines for data collection, training, and deployment
• Collaborate with psychological experts and translate insights into computational frameworks
• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, and LangGraph
• Proficiency in Python and ML development tools
