As a Staff Data Scientist on the AI Engineering and Productivity team, you will lead the development of AI-driven tools to enhance engineering workflows and accelerate decision-making. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI products, driving significant enterprise impact and shaping the scientific direction of our initiatives.

What we are looking for

Lead AI/ML and data science product development
Translate ambiguous business problems into AI solutions
Shape scientific direction and ensure methodological quality
Grow technical capabilities within the data science community
8+ years experience in advanced analytics, AI/ML, or OR
Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud data science platforms (Databricks preferred)
