Lead Data Scientist

Disney Entertainment & ESPN is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive product decisions for their News & Entertainment Machine Learning Platform. You will analyze user and content data, design experiments, and define success metrics to improve personalization and user experience across major Disney brands.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on user, content, and engagement data
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments
• Define success metrics for ML-driven features and measure model performance
• Partner with Machine Learning Engineers on feature design and model evaluation
• Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations
• Apply statistical analysis using Python, SQL, and PySpark on large-scale datasets
