Senior AI/ML Scientist

Vanguard is seeking a Senior AI/ML Scientist to solve complex business problems using Agentic AI, LLMs, and NLP. You will design, build, and deploy scalable and responsible AI solutions, focusing on business outcomes and enterprise readiness. This role involves acting as a trusted AI advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring peers.

• Design and build agentic AI systems and multi-agent LLM solutions
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and delivery plans
• Implement scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions
• Evaluate, monitor, and govern LLM and agentic systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities
• MS or PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years of production AI/ML experience
