AI / ML Engineer – LLMs & Self-Hosted AI

Join our team as a Junior AI/ML Engineer focused on building production AI systems for a travel-support chatbot. You will work on open-source language models, fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration, gaining hands-on experience across the full AI lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.

• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets
• Support supervised fine-tuning experiments for language models
• Experiment with SFT, LoRA, and QLoRA techniques
• Evaluate model quality and integrate self-hosted models
• Analyze model performance metrics like latency and cost
• Build monitoring, logging, and evaluation tools
