You will translate models and data products into production capabilities for areas like artist development, fan engagement, and business decision-making. This role requires strong software engineering skills combined with practical AI/ML lifecycle knowledge to ensure reliable, observable, and cost-effective solutions.

- Lead ML/AI initiatives from concept to production deployment and ongoing operation
- Build and operate reliable ML and LLM-powered workflows
- Establish AI evaluation and observability metrics
- Develop and operate data and feature pipelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams including scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Strong Python and software engineering skills with experience in cloud ML platforms
