Execute R&D projects from idea conception through plant commercialization
Develop and manage technical timelines for multiple product development projects
Lead product development from concept to commercialization based on consumer insights
Conduct trials in pilot plants and manufacturing locations
Apply scientific knowledge to business issues and opportunities
Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field required
