Staff Engineer, Agentic AI

Lead the development of agent intelligence to assist mechanical engineers with complex workflows in desktop software. You will drive task success, build evaluation infrastructure, and define the agent architecture. • Own agent task success metrics and drive improvements across engineering workflows
• Design and build reproducible evaluation infrastructure for agents
• Set agent architecture for tool calling, state management, and error recovery
• Lead a small AI engineering team while writing production code
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building LLM agents
• Strong Python skills and deep experience with LLM application architecture
