About this role

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions for supply chain operations. You will own solutions end-to-end, applying technical judgment to ensure reliability, scalability, and production adoption. This hybrid role is based in Katowice, Poland.

What we are looking for

Design and develop GenAI applications including RAG pipelines and prompt orchestration
Select appropriate models, tools, and frameworks based on requirements
Define solution architectures aligned with Azure AI platform standards
Implement automated build, test, deployment, and monitoring practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to receive use case context and align on priorities
5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems
