Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)

Clera is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-paced team building AI-powered recruiting technology. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning systems, from design and training to deployment and maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to translate product needs into reliable production capabilities and directly impact our AI-driven talent solutions.

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for production
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data to serving
• Collaborate with product and engineering on ML solutions
• Debug and improve production ML systems
• Write maintainable code and contribute to ML infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems
