Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI Safety

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to focus on AI Safety and Responsibility for enterprise risk management. You will work on innovative machine learning problems, specifically scaling safety for multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced agentic safety. This role involves evaluating and improving the security, content safety, and inclusivity of frontier AI models.

• Develop datasets and models for evaluating LLM security, agentic safety, and content safety
• Create filtering and training datasets for LLMs across core safety tracks
• Research and deploy new techniques for model and system-level safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI safety initiatives
• Requires 8+ years of experience in ML engineering with post-training LLM expertise
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field preferred
