AI Engineer

JCI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions, including those powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will shape the company's AI engineering strategy, mentor teams, and drive the use of AI to deliver measurable business value across products, operations, and customer experiences.

• Design and implement advanced ML models including LLM-based solutions
• Develop use cases around enterprise search, conversational AI, and automated knowledge retrieval using LLMs
• Fine-tune or prompt-engineer foundation models for domain-specific applications
• Integrate LLM-powered applications into scalable, secure, and reliable pipelines
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying generative AI to solve business challenges
• Act as an internal thought leader on AI and LLM innovation
