Machine Learning Engineer

Workday is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Financials Hyper Automation AI team in Vancouver, BC. You will develop and deploy intelligent user experiences using generative AI and advanced ML techniques to re-envision ERP Financial and Accounting systems. This role involves working closely with product managers to build prototypes and production-grade features, leveraging state-of-the-art AI and conventional machine learning.

• Develop and deploy ML solutions using generative AI and LLMs
• Re-envision ERP Financial and Accounting systems
• Automate critical customer workflows with AI
• Work with ML infrastructure, training models, and managing product lifecycles
• Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents
• Serve as a technical role model for junior engineers
