MLOps Engineer

Apptronik is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to lead the technical direction of their MLOps platform, which manages datasets, experiments, and model serving for their AI-powered humanoid robots. This hands-on role involves defining architecture, establishing standards, and mentoring engineers to create repeatable, auditable pipelines from data to deployed models.

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the MLOps platform
• Define dataset lifecycle, experiment tracking, model registry, and serving paths
• Lead by influence across MLOps, Autonomy, Data Platform, and TeleOp teams
• Ensure reproducibility and traceability from data to deployed models
• Mentor mid-level and senior engineers on the MLOps team
• Design and operate evaluation and qualification frameworks for ML models
