RWE Data Scientist

Stryker is seeking a Real-World Evidence Data Science intern to contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to leaders in the healthcare industry. This internship offers the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge, implement new ideas, and network with key stakeholders while working on innovative projects.

• Support real-world evidence generation programs by working cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing
• Assist in the design and execution of observational studies using claims and other real-world data sources
• Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data, applying NLP techniques
• Build and refine statistical models such as propensity matching and survival analysis
• Prepare literature review summaries and evidence syntheses for publications and regulatory submissions
• Pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field with proficiency in SQL and Python/R
