About this role
ICON is seeking a Research Scientist in Cambridge, MA to design, conduct, and analyze clinical research studies, focusing on multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) and spatial biology. You will develop quantitative image analysis workflows, optimize assays, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance new treatments and therapies.
What we are looking for
6- Develop and optimize quantitative image analysis workflows for mIF and spatial biology
- Design and perform mIF assays using automated staining and imaging platforms
- Collaborate with pathologists and bioinformaticians for biomarker insights
- Interpret image analysis results for translational research and clinical biomarker studies
- Experience with digital pathology and whole-slide image management platforms
- Work in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCLP, CLIA)
