Lead Research Engineer, Data Quality

Lead the strategy and systems for evaluating and improving the quality of training data for frontier AI agents. This role involves building infrastructure to measure data usefulness, defining quality standards, and partnering with research teams to enhance data generation workflows. You will shape internal research culture around data quality and mentor other engineers.

• Lead data quality team building evaluation systems for RL environments, synthetic data, and benchmarks
• Define data quality strategy, enforce standards, and design experiments for agent outputs
• Develop methods for validating synthetic data at scale
• Partner with researchers and domain experts to improve data generation
• Translate research insights into production systems like dashboards and pipelines
• 5+ years in AI/ML data evaluation or research engineering with Python proficiency
