About this role
Roche is seeking an Engagement Lead for Data Science to provide technical leadership for Predictive AI and Causal & Experimentation AI teams in Hyderabad. This role involves architecting AI solutions, mentoring talent, and acting as a strategic consultant to global business lines. You will also drive broader organizational initiatives, including talent development and product roadmaps.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and mentor Data Scientists in Predictive and Causal AI teams
- Act as a strategic AI consultant to global business partners
- Shape center-level AI product development strategy and talent enablement
- Design and build Proofs of Concept to demonstrate ROI
- Architect predictive models, causal inference frameworks, and experimental designs
- Drive Generative AI strategy and implementation, including RAG and Agentic AI
