About this role

Slate is building an AI-native vehicle platform and seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop GenAI features, data pipelines, and AI solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will own AI/ML features end-to-end, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring, working hands-on with the full GenAI stack and contributing to critical physical and operational systems.

What we are looking for

Build and ship AI/ML features across the model lifecycle
Develop GenAI systems including RAG pipelines and LLM integrations
Create robust data pipelines and evaluation frameworks
Apply AI to manufacturing, supply chain, and physical operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable AI solutions
Demonstrate strong ML fundamentals and production-quality software engineering skills
