Sr AI/ML Engineer

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning solutions, including LLM-powered systems like RAG pipelines and agentic workflows. You will own the full AI lifecycle from experimentation to production, collaborating across teams to translate complex problems into reliable, high-performing solutions aligned with client needs. This role requires a driven and curious engineer energized by AI innovation, bringing emerging tools into practical, production-ready systems.

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models and LLM applications
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, and vector search architectures
• Build agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and orchestration patterns for LLM systems
• Own AI/ML solutions end-to-end from scoping to operationalization
• Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, scalability, and reliability
