ML Data Scientist III

Press Ganey is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist III specializing in Conversational AI to join their AI Solutions team. This role involves designing, developing, and evaluating conversational AI agents and leveraging Generative AI methods to create innovative AI products. You will collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers, ensuring alignment with state-of-the-art practices and supporting ethical AI development.

• Design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents
• Work with AI Scientists and ML Engineers on Generative AI products
• Apply Conversational AI best practices
• Collaborate with Responsible AI & Model Validation Center of Excellence
• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Applied Research or Software Engineering
