Research Engineer / Scientist (Robot Learning)

World Labs is seeking a Robot Learning Engineer/Scientist to advance state-of-the-art methods for developing robot policies, focusing on sim-to-real transfer and scalable training pipelines. This research-driven role involves designing and implementing robot learning systems, prototyping policies, and optimizing performance for production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems.

• Design and implement robot learning systems (imitation, reinforcement learning)
• Research, prototype, and productionize robotic policies
• Develop training pipelines for sim-to-real transfer
