AI Engineer

Workday is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join their Agent Factory team in Vancouver, BC. You will design and build core ML systems for AI agents, working across the full lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and continuous improvement. This role focuses on production-grade AI, integrating LLM-powered agents into Workday's platform at global scale.

• Design and build core ML systems for AI agents
• Own ML models, agent logic, and orchestration in production
• Implement and evolve frameworks for LLM-powered agents
• Work at the intersection of ML and platform engineering
• Ensure solutions are scalable, observable, and enterprise-ready
