• Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive maintenance
• Own the end-to-end data science workflow: scoping, EDA, model development, deployment, monitoring
• Interface with engineers and modelers to enhance model understanding
• Identify and communicate opportunities for data science application across the organization
• Mentor team members in data science and machine learning
• Minimum Master's Degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience
