Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Join Lilly's AI Engineering team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on building and operating production-grade ML/AI systems. You will apply software engineering best practices to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI solutions, ensuring platform reliability and driving innovation in generative and agentic AI.

• Build and maintain production-grade ML/AI components and services
• Apply software engineering best practices including testing and code review
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI deployments
• Deploy and orchestrate ML/AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Support models through deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience building and operating ML/AI systems in production
