Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered capabilities for their identity security platform. You will work on production-grade ML and AI systems, leveraging classical ML and modern AI techniques like foundation models and RAG to solve real-world customer problems in identity security.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and AI solutions for identity security
• Research, prototype, and implement classical ML and agentic AI systems
• Apply modern AI techniques including foundation models and RAG
• Translate AI research into production-ready systems
• Drive improvements in model quality, accuracy, reliability, and scalability
• Implement MLOps best practices for ML systems
