Principal Scientist, High-Content Imaging

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Scientist, High-Content Imaging to develop and deploy advanced imaging capabilities for therapeutic discovery in Immunology, Neuroscience, and Oncology. This hands-on role involves designing and executing imaging workflows, developing novel molecular assays, optimizing laboratory infrastructure, and analyzing imaging data. The scientist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance drug discovery and translate complex biological insights.

• Develop, validate, and deploy high-content imaging capabilities
• Design and execute end-to-end imaging workflows across diverse cell models and tissues
• Develop and optimize novel molecular assays and laboratory workflows
• Analyze imaging data and troubleshoot complex experiments
• Collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external technology partners
• Apply AI/ML-enabled approaches for image analysis
