What we are looking for

Conduct applied research in explainable AI, reinforcement learning, RAG, and long-context information retrieval
Design, train, and evaluate novel ML models on large-scale healthcare data
Partner with ML Engineering, ML Ops, and Product teams to deploy research innovations
Build end-to-end research prototypes and experimentation frameworks
PhD in CS, ML, AI or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and experience with distributed computing platforms
