About this role

RoboForce is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Research Engineer to build and manage the data infrastructure for their Physical AI robotics platform. You will be responsible for the entire data pipeline, from collection and annotation to storage and retraining, enabling the development of advanced AI models for industrial robots.

What we are looking for

Design and maintain end-to-end data collection pipelines for multimodal demonstration data
Build annotation tooling and data curation workflows for high-quality training datasets
Develop post-SFT reinforcement learning infrastructure for robot policy learning
Build evaluation and test infrastructure for on-robot policy rollouts
Collaborate with ML researchers on data schemas and pipeline interfaces
Architect scalable storage and retrieval systems for heterogeneous robot data
