Senior Data Scientist

Join Manulife and John Hancock's Advanced Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI. You will lead the design and deployment of AI solutions to combat fraud, waste, and abuse in Long Term Care, protecting policyholders and improving operational efficiency. This role involves applying advanced machine learning, generative AI techniques, and cloud platforms to develop production-ready analytical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end development of fraud detection and risk analytics models
• Perform advanced modeling and AI analysis on large datasets
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models and RAG systems
• Apply LLMs to parse complex documents and extract structured information
• Collaborate with business partners to translate complex problems into AI solutions
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
