Lead Engineer, Machine Learning

Lead the machine learning systems for a company building proactive, AI-native applications for everyday tasks. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data and training to deployment and optimization, turning research into reliable, scalable production systems. This hands-on leadership role is for someone passionate about the intersection of research, systems, and product.

• Own end-to-end ML systems from data to deployment
• Build and evolve training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models
• Design evaluation systems for capability, robustness, and safety
• Architect high-performance inference systems optimizing latency and cost
• Build data pipelines for high-quality training data
• Establish reliable production infrastructure for model deployment and monitoring
