Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Platform

Workday is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Core team. You will develop AI-powered software using advanced Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG, impacting millions of users daily. This role involves collaborating with engineers to deliver ML solutions across Workday's product ecosystem, managing the lifecycle of ML models, and deploying scalable APIs and services.

• Develop tailored user experiences using Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver ML solutions across Workday's product ecosystem
• Enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models
• Develop and deploy new APIs/services using Docker/Kubernetes at scale
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze HR and Finance-related text data
• Serve as a technical role model for more junior engineers
