About this role

As an Architect ML Engineer at Quantiphi, you will be a senior technical leader guiding the design and strategic direction of critical AI initiatives. This client-facing role involves significant hands-on prototyping and coding, where you'll architect scalable AI/ML platforms spanning Generative AI, Agentic systems, and traditional ML. You will serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic clients, influencing VPs and CTOs, and establishing architectural standards to drive technical excellence.

What we are looking for

Design and govern large-scale AI platforms for healthcare and life sciences
Lead pre-sales solutioning and technical proposals for strategic accounts
Hands-on prototyping and coding (25-50% of time) for complex AI scenarios
Architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic systems
Establish MLOps and LLMOps standards and reference architectures
Ensure AI security and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR)
