Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Biologics Discovery

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join their Biologics Discovery Data Science team. This role focuses on integrating, deploying, and managing machine learning models and AI solutions within discovery environments, bridging the gap between data and scientific application. You will ensure AI/ML capabilities are operationalized reliably to accelerate scientific learning and therapeutic discovery.

• Build and operate scalable pipelines for model-ready data delivery
• Enable closed-loop scientific learning with data governance
• Establish operational capabilities for model deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting for ML workflows
• Develop automated workflows for testing, release management, and operational excellence
