Senior Software Engineer, ML/AI Platform

Attentive is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Machine Learning Platform team. This role focuses on building and operating the foundational ML platform, including data, tooling, serving, and inference layers, to enable ML engineers and data scientists to train, serve, and deploy models with greater velocity and performance. You will have the opportunity to influence the architectural roadmap and drive key ML initiatives.

• Build and maintain a foundational ML platform for the full ML lifecycle
• Unlock offline & real-time access to trillions of data points
• Manage, expand, and optimize a multi-TB scale feature store
• Support PB scale data operations using Spark, Kafka, and Ray
• Develop infrastructure for training ML models and fine-tuning LLMs
• Partner with teams to deliver ML and AI initiatives
