Lead Data Scientist

Lead the development of state-of-the-art recommendation systems at Nike, leveraging machine learning, optimization, and generative AI. You will translate complex business problems into production-ready solutions, driving personalized customer experiences and influencing product strategy. • Lead design and development of advanced recommendation models and optimization frameworks
• Develop generative AI capabilities for enhanced recommendation experiences
• Design and implement large-scale experimentation and measurement frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy and execute product roadmaps
• Mentor data scientists and machine learning engineers
