Machine Learning Engineer

Workday is seeking a senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Platform Context and Retrievals team in Vancouver, BC. You will develop AI-powered software using Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG, collaborating with engineers to deliver ML solutions across Workday's product ecosystem. This role involves training, deploying, and managing ML models, as well as developing and deploying new APIs/services using Docker/Kubernetes at scale.

• Develop tailored user experiences using advanced Agentic AI, LLMs and RAG
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver ML solutions across Workday's product ecosystem
• Enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models
• Develop and deploy new APIs/services using Docker/Kubernetes at scale
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large HR and Finance text data
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents
