About this role
Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI evaluation and platform capabilities. You will be a hands-on engineering leader, setting technical direction, owning architecture, and mentoring a team to build scalable AI/GenAI evaluation harnesses, production quality systems, and observability solutions. This role requires deep expertise in MLOps, cloud-native architectures, and a strong software engineering background to drive innovation in AI systems.

- Technical lead for AI evaluation and platform engineering team
- Design and build AI/GenAI evaluation harnesses and scalable infrastructure
- Own architecture and drive best practices in AI quality and observability
- Expertise in Python, AWS, MLOps, and LLM/GenAI systems
- 10+ years of experience in ML engineering or advanced data science
- Mentor engineers and set technical direction for complex AI/ML systems
