Senior Research Engineer

As a Senior Research Engineer, you will lead the development and application of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models to enhance understanding of fluid flow and heat transfer in 3M's materials, products, and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive next-generation product creation through multiphysics modeling and simulation, and support customer engagements by addressing complex fluid dynamics challenges.

• Lead CFD model development and application for materials, products, and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiphysics modeling and simulation
• Develop and validate CFD models for design space optimization
• Support customer engagements with fluid dynamics expertise
• Contribute to the analysis and development of intellectual property
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree with 3+ years of experience in CFD
