About this role

Bringg is seeking a Data Scientist to enhance their AI-powered SaaS platform for last-mile delivery. This role involves identifying and validating new ML opportunities, explaining complex models to stakeholders, and owning the full lifecycle of models from development to production deployment and retraining.

Research, prototype, and validate new ML opportunities
Explain model logic and tradeoffs to diverse teams
Own the full ML model lifecycle: development to production
Monitor model performance and retrain as data shifts
Experience with Python, SQL, and standard data science toolkit
Familiarity with MLOps and GenAI concepts
