Research Scientist

Cambria is seeking a Senior Chemical and Instrumental Scientist to support new product development, raw material validation, and quality control. This role involves operating and maintaining analytical equipment, analyzing materials, and investigating product performance to drive innovation and ensure quality.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instrumentation (XRD, XRF, FTIR)
• Analyze chemicals, pigments, and polymers to meet specifications
• Investigate structure-property relationships for innovation
• Perform crystal structure and elemental analysis
• Conduct investigations into out-of-spec batches
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and Process Technology teams
