- Lead and mentor a senior team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers
- Own and drive the roadmap for the Ranking team within the Marketplace organization
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning pipelines for job marketplace dynamics
- Partner with Product Management and Decision Science on roadmap and success metrics
- Evaluate technical work and ensure effective use of ML/AI
- Monitor model performance for speed and accuracy
