Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the architectural vision and technical execution for Cisco's AI Platform Engineering team, focusing on enterprise AI solutions for security and automation. You will define system design, drive technical standards, and mentor engineers while building scalable AI systems, including LLM and agentic frameworks.

• Define architectural vision and lead system design for AI platform capabilities
• Drive technical standards and evaluate emerging technologies
• Build and deploy production applications utilizing Generative AI and LLM orchestration
• Experience with multi-agent systems, agentic workflow runtimes, or graph-based execution engines
• Mentor team members and drive technical decision-making across teams
• Proficiency in backend development with Python, Go, or TypeScript and cloud-native technologies
